Atlanta Race Results:

“Mo Power,” “Pitstop” and “Spacebar” all enjoyed their three drivers (Tony Steward, DE Jr and Jeff Gordon) finishing in the top five for 45 points.

Carrie “The Destroyer” also scored 45 points by earning the in-order 10 bonus pts with TS, JG and Denny Hamlin.

Kyle Busch won the Atlanta race … and only one player has Kyle Busch … Rhett “The Threat.”

Rhett earned 40 points and that was enough to keep him in the overall lead in session one with a total of 150 points.

By the way … “Back Flip” Carl Edwards was on his way to his third victory in a row when he BLEW his engine … he was drivin too fast for the conditions.

And … Tony Stewart really really didn’t like the Good Year tires … big “bad mouth” on Good Year.

Jill & Dave on “Shibumi” clinched the B playoffs last week. Cindy “Clutch” Strickland has the A trophy pretty much locked up. There is a chance this could end in a tie with Charlie “In the Fast” Lane, but only if all 3 conditions below are met:

1. Tony Stewart wins the race or finishes in the top 5 behind the 48 and 24 (in that order)
2. Matt Kenseth finishes outside the top 15
3. The 48, 17, and 24 are not in that order.
