Jake “JBA All The Way” outscored the field with 35 points – leading another pack of 2nd place finishers, including his Dad. Scott “NoBadGas” Altizer broke into contention for the ‘A ‘ playoffs this week – a good place to be with only two races to go.

If you watch NASCAR for the wrecks, the fights, and the backflips, then this is the only race you needed to watch all year. Get the gory details at NASCAR.com

Toby “Ol’ Lucky” Spahr, aka The Commissioner, hit the trifecta this week with all the bonuses. His #1 driver (Jimmie Johnson) won the race, his #2 (Tony Stewart) and #3 (Jeff Gordon) drivers both finished in the top 5, and they finished in order. He moves from “tied for 3rd” to “alone at the top”. Hot on his heels is past champion Betsy “Yo’ Momma” Spahr, who leapfrogged from 7th to 2nd on a 60 point day.

Jimmie Johnson wins 2 in a row and goes into the Chase on top of the leaderboard. See how they all stack up at NASCAR.com

Jimmie Johnson ended his winless streak, pushing Sonya QOS Spahr and Jill & Dave on Shibumi to the top of the chart this week with 50 points. Cindy Strickland and Betsy Spahr each earned 45 points – so did Combat Carl but he gets an asterisk for an in-order bonus by a substitute driver ;-)
The top 5 this week are all fighting for a spot in the “A” playoffs – Ronie, Will, Bill, Scott, and Sonya. But Betsy, Jeff, Jill & Dave, and Perry are not far behind and promise to keep it interesting as we start the 2nd half of session 3

Jimmie Johnson comes to life, Dale Earnhardt stays alive, and Joe Gibbs Racing joins forces with Toyota. Check out all the action at NASCAR.com
