The Battle to make the playoffs in Session Two … is over:
BONUS POINTS
- 345 points: Jake - “JBA - All the Way” Altizer wins session two in a runaway … congratulations Jake! Your prize is 15 bonus points for the playoff session
- 305 points: TIE - Sue H and Peter J, Bruce G - all earn 10 bonus points for playoffs
- 295 points: Carrie gets 5 bonus points for the playoff session
MADE THE PLAYOFFS
- Jake A - 345
- Sue H and Peter J - 305
- Carrie - 295
- Toby - 285
- Bryan - 280
There’s the list … thanks to Tony Stewart … they all had Tony Stewart … these are the top five players (not already in the playoffs) in the 10-race session two … and they make the playoffs … congratulations.
They all had Tony Stewart in the Brickyard 400 and they all enjoyed the points from Tony.
CLOSE, BUT NO CIGAR
- Scott - 270 (dropped Kevin Harvick in favor of Denny Hamlin back in June…)
- Walt - 270
- Eliena - 270
- Ryan - 265
- Hope - 260
just missed making the playoffs … and will have to battle it out with everyone else in session three to try to be the final five to make the final six-race playoffs.
KEEP DIGGING
Then those 15 (top five from each of the three sessions) will fight for the top spot and the BIG ENGRAVED TROPHY in the final 6 race playoff.
Don’t forget … there is a little “B” trophy for the best of the rest at the end of the season.
These are unofficial results until Bryan works out the actual scores … with a computer and a calculator.
[Edit - results are official, unless NASCAR starts handing out penalties - Bryan]
